George and Henry. Brothers. George is older. They are not used to photographs or standing still. Pictured are not George and Henry, they are the scarecrows that George and Henry made to look just like themselves. The faces are wax, the bodies are wood, and the clothing is George's and Henry's extra sets of clothing. This is the only documented likeness of George and Henry, probably because they were more proud of their scarecrow lookalikes than their own appearances. George moved in with Henry in this suburban neighborhood after his wife died. They did not have a farm or a garden.
